Phone dump
Aaaaand picking up where we left off in April, a view of the fleeting outtakes of life as seen through an iPhone lens.
Just before game one. Beautiful white pants, gone too soon.
A jewel of a video, taken I think by one of his students.
Now you know what Brandon does when he's at "work".
How they do ministry meetings.
Love my boys.
Love my man, too. Trey took this one.
So on the last day of school, Aden brings home a book where he has drawn pictures of all his teachers. The top person at the right is Mr. Mullins, the PE teacher, who is shouting, "Aden!!" "Gage!!" Thinking this was funny, I texted this photo to Gage's mom. She responded that Gage had also drawn Mr. Mullins yelling at both of them. So I guess we know how PE went.
This also happened on the last day of school. They do love their summers together.
Giga snapped this one of the boys' first dip in the lake this summer.
Pulled over on the way home from VBS one night to get this one, sky exploding with God's lavish love. He takes my breath away sometimes.
We had "friend day" at our house to help ease the social cutoff caused by the end of school. Trey and Laon did snap circuits and Nerf wars and played hall monitor. Aden and Noah played Paw Patrol and policemen and rode their bikes. It was such a great day.
Picked our first mess of beans a couple weeks ago, and these eager beavers snapped them up in a hurry.
This was the day Trey learned to swim underwater and, as pictured, both boys learned to cannonball into waters above their heads.
The Father's Day pic. Brandon told them to look tough. Guess we need to work on the difference between tough and the bored pout.
Of course it got much better. Handsomeness abundant.
Aden clings hard during thunderstorms. Sometimes I manage those fears by letting him take selfies. Because when a kid takes selfies, the world could stop spinning. This is one of probably sixty.
Last game of the season. Boy did Aden learn a lot. He can sting that ball, and anyone standing in his way. Poor Coach Lee got knocked down once at practice from a line drive Aden hit off his ear. Little slugger.
