A VERY proud dad

Whenever you have kids, you always want them to get the most out of life that they can. Much of my life has involved sports. Be it watching, playing, or now coaching, I find so much joy in the sports that I am involved in.

As a basketball coach, the dream is to watch a game on ESPN one day and here the announcer say, "Trey Harris is a very smart player. He's a son of a coach and they usually really understand the game." Who knows if Trey will ever get there, but we have started working on his game as you can see.

Now I realize that the goal is a little low and he doesn't understand the concept of dribbling, but he's closing on in his first birthday, so I can cut him some slack. Maybe one day they will be showing this footage during the NCAA championship game.

He is palming that ball pretty well!! This is a great "first accomplishment" for any child!! It doesn't surprise me one bit that little Trey is already getting some bball practice.

When other moms are saying..."She just jumped...he rolled over...She said 'Milk'..." You guys will be saying "He slammed dunked today;)" hehe, okay, not really...

anyways, cute cute video! Love it!
